Peter Wilkinson is retained by Savills (UK) Ltd per their Ayr Office as a Senior Land Officer in provision of land reference, over head power line, pipeline, sewerage treatment works, onshore wind farm and other utility related land acquisition services throughout Scotland.

Very similar experience as that under Lease Negotiations. Peter Wilkinson has worked directly for and on behalf of telecom operators throughout the UK for over 13 years. He has fulfilled the role of acquisition manager and acquisition agent handling rollouts across the UK for companies such as Atlantic Telecom, Hutchison 3G UK Ltd and Airwave. He now regularly acts for land owners in respect of new leases, equipment upgrades, rent reviews and lease renewals.

Initially worked for The Whittle Jones Group managing and marketing industrial, office and retail portfolios throughout the northwest and northeast of England. Peter then relocated to Scotland where he worked directly for the industrial agency department at James Barr Chartered Surveyors in Glasgow where he accrued several more years’ experience acting for corporate landlords and tenants. This involved actively marketing property and satisfying client’s property requirements throughout the UK. In this respect ensuring confidentially at all times when acquiring or selling properties/portfolios.

Peter Wilkinson has accrued over 26 years’ experience working within rating, handling over 5,000 appeals acting against the Assessor and Valuation Office throughout the UK. More recently he has worked directly for the SAA, Scottish Assessors Association, specialising in telecommunications, fishings and the recent re-introduction of sporting rates in Scotland. Peter was a key member of the SAA Shootings Working Group, and is the co-author of both their national Practice Note and internal working Guidance Note on Shootings & Deer Forests as re-introduced by The Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016.
