Peter Wilkinson MRICS IRRV (Hons) RICS Registered Valuer

Has been working in all aspects of residential property and surveys including residential EPC’s for over 30 years. He has worked directly for DM Hall, based in their Paisley office, covering all of Renfrewshire and part of Argyll. Since 2008 he has been handling instructions throughout greater Glasgow, Argyll, Dunbartonshire and Ayrshire. This typically involves all housing types and situations and instructions can come from single owner occupiers, investors or portfolio owners.

Council Tax Appeals

Peter Wilkinson has been handling Council Tax appeals since its introduction on 1st April 1993. This area of property taxation is complex and wide ranging. As well as challenging new entries to the Council Tax List he also handles increased entries following improvements by a previous owner and changes of use from non-domestic use and splits. With over 24 years’ experience, handling over 500 appeals acting against the Assessor and Valuation Office throughout the UK. More recently, having worked directly for the SAA, Scottish Assessor Association, Peter is now the fully retained Council Tax specialist with Savills (UK) Ltd per their Perth office.
